BISHOPS PASTORAL VISIT TO AREA
As we have begun the Jubilee Year of Hope.
Bishop Cullinan will be visiting all of the pastoral areas in order to promote the year and explain the kind of things that are planned and how each pastoral area might partake in the events and indeed, offer their own suggestions.
Our pastoral area covers Ardfinnan, Newcastle/ Fourmilewater, Touraneena & The Nire along with Cahir, Clogheen, Ballyporeen and Ballylooby.
All of our local Parish & Finance Councils and youth ministers and safeguarding reps along with all the local Priests are invited to meet with Bishop at 7pm on Wednesday 12th February 2025 and members have now been informed about the venue.
PARISH FAITH REP RECRUITMENT 2025
Do you feel called to help young people on their journey of faith? Join our growing team of Faith Reps across the diocese. We are looking for volunteers to train and be commissioned for two years to support young people in encountering faith in their parish or area, while being supported themselves by the Ascend Diocesan Team for Youth & Young Adult Ministry.

Tuesday February 11th: OUR LADY OF LOURDES & WORLD DAY OF THE SICK: The 9.30am Mass in Ardfinnan will include the Anointing of the Sick and prayers will be offered for those suffering from any illness, and for all our healthcare workers. This is part of our Holy Year Jubilee.
