A lot of media coverage this week about our statue in Ardfinnan installed the same week when Pope Francis announced that he will be Canonised in April soon after our parish pilgrimage. Bishop Cullinan will preside at Mass on Wednesday 29th January at 7pm in which many of our local schools will be invited that week to take part in learning more about this soon to be millennial saint. Further details to follow soon.

ST VINCENT DE PAUL ANNUAL COLLECTION will take place in Ardfinnan, Ballybacon, Grange & Newcastle over the weekend 7th & 8th Dec. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
GROW IN LOVE SACRAMENTAL MASSES
This weekend, we welcome many of our 2nd Class students and their parents to the next gathering of our ‘Grow in Love’ parish masses. The children and their parents will be involved in the readings, offertory, and other reflections at our community weekend Mass, in preparation of them receiving their First Penance & Holy Communion in the spring.

NIRE VALLEY CHRISTMAS FAIR takes place on Sunday 1st December 2-5pm in Nire Hall.
ARDFINNAN PARENTS ASSOCIATION are holding a coffee morning on Fri 6th Dec at 9.30am in the Community Hall.
GRANGE PARENTS ASSOCIATION will have their Annual Pre-Christmas Celebration with Mass at 10.30am next Sunday 8th December followed by refreshments in the Hall.
BALLYMACARBRY CHRISTMAS FAMILY DAY Sun 15th December 2-5pm in the Community Centre. Fun for all the family
