CHRISTMAS EVENTS IN THE NIRE
Sunday, December 7th: The Annual Nire Parish Christmas Fair. 2-5pm in the Church Hall.
Monday, December 8th: Carol Service followed by Mass at 7pm. Nire Church Choir and Nire Junior Choir and Musicians
The Oratorio de Noël, 12, by Camille Saint-Saëns, also known as his Christmas Oratorio, is a cantata-like work scored for soloists, chorus & organ.
Clontempo Choir Clonmel will perform this beautiful work in St Mary’s Church Irishtown Clonmel, on Thurs Dec 4th 2025 at 7.30pm.
Tickets available from any choir member or at the door on the night. Admission €10

Annual Church gate collection will take place next weekend 6th & 7th December across our Parish Pastoral area. Your support is much appreciated.

‘Baubles of Hope’
Do you have a hope you wish to place on the church Christmas tree?
In honour of the Jubilee Year theme of Hope which ends on the 6th Jan 2026, the Parish Support Network has created baubles of hope. All you have to do is take one from a church door, write your own message on the back and place it in the box provided in St. Laurence’s Church, Fourmilewater.
