Just to keep you all updated on the work being done as our new pastoral area comes together. We are currently working on a new website which will have details and information about each of our 7 churches and 5 local schools, as well as making it easier for people to book masses and order certificates online. www.stcarloacutisparish.ie
Any additions (either pictures or information about te churches) to each local page welcome- please send them into the parish office.
While each parish maintains its own parish council and autonomy – we are now able to work closer in the day to day administration and liturgical collaboration. Much of the work has already been achieved in the last three years, thanks to all who assist in our individual churches. I take this opportunity to thank our Parish and Finance councils for their support and we look forward to continuing to build on our parish pastoral area maintaining our local parishes and churches collectively for the future.

GROW IN LOVE FAMILY MASSES
NEXT WEEKEND
Next weekend, we welcome the students and their families from 2nd and 6th class who will be making their First holy Communion and Confirmation from Touraneena NS at 7pm on Saturday and from Ballymacarbry NS in The Nire at 11am. We continue to pray for them as they prepare for these important sacramental preparations.

PARISH COUNCLS
There will be meeting of our local parish councils this week – rescheduled from last week. We thank all those who assist in the governance and development of our individual parish communities and across our Pastoral Area.
EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT
This takes place in our parishes on:
Tuesday’s 10-11am in Ardfinnan
Friday’s 2.30-3.30 in Newcastle
Everyone is welcome to come and spend some time in quiet prayer and adoration.
