TOURANEENA & FOURMILEWATER 200TH ANNIVERSARIES
Sincere thanks to all who assisted in so many ways both with the liturgy the catering and cleaning of the churches in the recent celebrations of the 200th Anniversaries of both Touraneena and Fourmilewater. Thanks also to Bishop Cullinan who celebrated both Masses.
A small commemorative booklet launched at the bicentennial anniversary of Our Lady & St Laurence Church, Fourmilewater is currently on sale in Ballymacarbry, Newcastle and Touraneena for €5 per copy. Copies can also be bought in the sacristy after Sunday Mass. Proceeds in aid of our parish and local Parish Support Network, whose members compiled and published.it.
OPEN YEAR SCHOOL MASSES
Over the coming weeks, we celebrate the New School Years with the Annual Open Year Mass.

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCILS
The four local Parish Pastoral Councils will meet over the coming weeks. These councils are vital in the day to day running of the local churches in our pastoral area, and guide and assist the priests in planning events, overlooking maintenance, looking at the parish finances, and liturgical enhancements.
